Conclusion

AgenticProactiveMonitor has reached the point where the main monitoring, anomaly detection, diagnostic, knowledge, and operator-support components are available as working prototypes.

The current repository already provides a complete experimental environment around a distributed Notes Platform. The workload generates realistic HTTP traffic, exports metrics and logs, supports controlled failure injection, and can be observed through OpenSearch. Thirteen OpenSearch Anomaly Detection detectors are configured, and every detector follows the project rule of being SINGLE_ENTITY.

The diagnostic layer is also in place. The MCP Server exposes controlled read-only tools for OpenSearch, Docker runtime evidence, and Qdrant retrieval. The monitored-system knowledge base contains role-aware technical documentation that can support RAG without leaking scenario ground truth or test answers. Prosody/XMPP is configured and SPADE communication has been validated.

The operator dashboard provides the human-facing view of incidents and of the target virtual technical team. It already represents the five final professional roles: Technical Lead, System Engineer, Network Engineer, Application Engineer, and Software Developer.

The main remaining implementation task is the autonomous multi-agent backend. This component will connect the existing infrastructure through a hybrid architecture in which BDI represents the deliberative state of each agent and ReAct manages the operational reasoning-tool-observation loop.

The final objective is therefore no longer to build the basic monitoring pipeline. The next work is focused on proving that the complete system can move from an anomaly to an evidence-based and explainable diagnosis, while preserving human control over remediation.

Once the agentic backend is integrated, the controlled fault scenarios and the existing test infrastructure will provide the basis for the final thesis evaluation.
